💚 Crisis & Suicide Prevention

No one who has served should ever feel like they are alone or without someone to turn to. If you're in a place where you're feeling alone, or in need, please know there are people who understand — many of them veterans, or family members of veterans, themselves — ready to answer the phone or a text, day or night.

Reaching out isn't weakness; it's courage. Something that everyone who has served has already demonstrated. So please take the time and reach out if you need to. The courage to do that is no less than the courage you've already displayed through your service — whether as a member, spouse, or dependent.
